Who We Are
Linmar partners Adam Nowicki and Michael P. Maranca have over 60 years combined experience across the full spectrum of construction. We provide general contracting and construction management services for commercial and healthcare projects, primarily involving construction and alterations to interior space.
It is our goal to provide clients with quality service at the most competitive prices. We only select reputable subcontractors, and each project is personally supervised by the partner-in-charge.
Adam Nowicki

As President and Co-Founder of Linmar, Mr. Nowicki is responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations. He is committed to innovative and assertive approaches in turn-key and design-build projects within health care, commercial, and institutional projects. He has an unmatched record in civic and community involvement, and he is dedicated to professionalism in the field of engineering and construction management.
Prior to co-founding Linmar in 1988, Mr. Nowicki held various positions at Structuretone Contracting, ABB International, and Consentini Associates.
Michael P. Maranca
Associate in Engineering Technology, Middlesex County College
B.S. Civil Engineering with a minor in Construction, Fairleigh Dickinson University
As Vice President and Co-Founder of Linmar, Mr. Maranca is responsible for all aspects of the company’s performance. He is committed to providing unmatched service on all projects, from design to project completion and close-out.
Prior to co-founding Linmar in 1988, Mr. Maranca held various positions including estimating, purcahsing, and project management at Auburn-Brace Construction Corp, and All Building Construction Corp.
